Kathleen is a freelance designer and embroiderer who produces a wide range of textile works, ranging from piecing, patching, overlaying and painted surfaces which she uses as backgrounds and collages to develop stitched pieces for small and larger project. Spend a day creating a layered stitched background to applique your hare onto. Then master a selection of surface embroidery stitches to create grasses, flowers and foliage to form hedgerows and a countyside surrounding for your hare to stare up at the moon.
